Highground Performance offers licensed online therapy for adults and high-school teens throughout Illinois, including Chicago and its surrounding areas. We specialize in assisting individuals in navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, life transitions, and parenting challenges through structured, evidence-based therapy. Our services are delivered entirely through secure telehealth, allowing easy access to consistent, professional support from anywhere in Illinois. Consultations are free.
